It is interesting to note that while the author attempts to give an accurate portrayal, you will not find much mention of supposedly miraculous accounts beyond the miracle of the Qur’an itself. This is arguably one of the very best and most approachable biographies written on the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). One should also be aware that there are many more books of seerah (biography of the Prophet) that I have not yet read. The book has been published in 12 languages and has received numerous awards, including acknowledgment as best biography of the prophet in English at the National Seerate Conference in Islamabad.I have personally read each of the following biographies of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). It represents the final updates made to the text before the author’s death in 2005.
